Anikó Antalfi is a Hungarian photographer based in Mexico City. She studied Theology and Literature and graduated in Philosophy and Communication at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. In 2015, she earned a master’s degree in Photography from Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest. After participating in the Mexican Government’s artist residency program, she moved to Mexico in 2018.
Her work, exhibited in Hungary, Romania, Portugal, and Mexico, focuses on themes such as intimacy, self-representation, and the boundaries between private and public life. Combining constructed images, performative elements, and documentary techniques, her photography transforms imagination into poetic visuals.
